Supper in Shoreditch!

Last night was the second time the LCF crew all went out into London again! This time we visited Pizza East in Shoreditch High Street and all I can say is I HIGHLY recommend it!!

The atmospherics of the restaurant were brilliant, with the old rustic feel of real Italy coming through in their weathered wooden tables and chairs. The lighting was low and the staff were very friendly.

Although it had the typical vintage Shoreditch feel, there was a contemporary air about it, with the young and fashionable clientèle flocking through the doors.

Not only that but the food was like a pizza I have never tasted before in my life! I had a pizza of simple tastes; Buffalo Mozzarella, sweet tomatoes and basil, and my taste buds were in heaven!

Overall, I would literally give this place a 9/10 (because hey nobody can be perfect right, and that is what adds the character!!) I will be back there in no time!

Also, for all of you party addicts out there, Pizza East has that covered too! Down the grand vintage stone staircase is a club called Concrete which gets busy from around 10pm. Filled with eclectic tastes and dancers, it is definitely where the after party is at!!

So get yourselves down there; 56, Shoreditch High Street, Bethnal Green Road. :)

Tiger Tiger London!

So, this was the first main event I went on with my new friends from London College of Fashion MA course. We went over to Tiger Tiger, straight after our lecture and hit HAPPY HOUR.

Could be seen as a good thing... haha! It was so nice to properly meet everyone, out of the classroom environment and we all had so much fun, we will be sure to arrange this at least once a week!

These are just a few photos of the absolute fun that we had :) I love you all guys!

Ice Ice Baby! Smirnoff Paintfest 2011!

So my friend Ben and I went out to a club recently, to a CO2 party! The atmosphere was great and the DJ knew exactly what we all wanted! The cannons surrounding the dance floor were filled with bursts of CO2 and during the Swedish House Mafia set, the cool bursts were released! Such a cool down for the hot clubbers!

The drinks were sponsored by Smirnoff Vodka, they are continuing with their marketing techniques of the PAINTFEST 2011. Therefore when we ordered our Smirnoff cocktails, they were served up in these metal paint tins! AMAZING!

The only problem was they had ice in them and the metal became colder than holding a bowl of ice!!! The drinks were amazing! Good work Smirnoff!
