Halloween!

So I take Halloween like everyone else.... well maybe I don't!! haha!!

I decorated my entire house with spiderweb, cauldrons, pumpkins and lights! I carved two pumpkins and got all dressed up!

The first night, we had a party celebrations at Shivani's flat in Clapham and then headed over to Shoreditch.

Then the Saturday night was at the Hippodrome in Kingston, where I was an evil rag doll. (yes they are my real eyes, make up can be very clever!)

We had so many trick o treaters I couldn't believe it! Got so busy, had to even send Dad & Mum out for more provisions!! Yummy treats for me though! hee hee!

HAPPY HALLOWEEN!

Lovely nights in London

My gorgeous friend Yasmine finally flew back from Dubai the other week and therefore we headed into London to celebrate. We weren't sure where we were headed as it was so spontaneous, so after searching high and low for a car parking space, we ventured into Embankment.

We first went to All Bar One in Embankment. There was a huge light made from hundreds of wine glasses and the cocktails were lush!

We had our first drink of the evening there and left to head onto another place of fun! After crossing the Thames (and making every minute a photo opportunity) we headed to the Archduke bar.

There was jazz music, a grand piano and a brilliant atmosphere. We had the perfect night time view of London and gossiped late into the night.

Supper in Shoreditch!

Last night was the second time the LCF crew all went out into London again! This time we visited Pizza East in Shoreditch High Street and all I can say is I HIGHLY recommend it!!

The atmospherics of the restaurant were brilliant, with the old rustic feel of real Italy coming through in their weathered wooden tables and chairs. The lighting was low and the staff were very friendly.

Although it had the typical vintage Shoreditch feel, there was a contemporary air about it, with the young and fashionable clientèle flocking through the doors.

Not only that but the food was like a pizza I have never tasted before in my life! I had a pizza of simple tastes; Buffalo Mozzarella, sweet tomatoes and basil, and my taste buds were in heaven!

Overall, I would literally give this place a 9/10 (because hey nobody can be perfect right, and that is what adds the character!!) I will be back there in no time!

Also, for all of you party addicts out there, Pizza East has that covered too! Down the grand vintage stone staircase is a club called Concrete which gets busy from around 10pm. Filled with eclectic tastes and dancers, it is definitely where the after party is at!!

So get yourselves down there; 56, Shoreditch High Street, Bethnal Green Road. :)

Tiger Tiger London!

So, this was the first main event I went on with my new friends from London College of Fashion MA course. We went over to Tiger Tiger, straight after our lecture and hit HAPPY HOUR.

Could be seen as a good thing... haha! It was so nice to properly meet everyone, out of the classroom environment and we all had so much fun, we will be sure to arrange this at least once a week!

These are just a few photos of the absolute fun that we had :) I love you all guys!

Ice Ice Baby! Smirnoff Paintfest 2011!

So my friend Ben and I went out to a club recently, to a CO2 party! The atmosphere was great and the DJ knew exactly what we all wanted! The cannons surrounding the dance floor were filled with bursts of CO2 and during the Swedish House Mafia set, the cool bursts were released! Such a cool down for the hot clubbers!

The drinks were sponsored by Smirnoff Vodka, they are continuing with their marketing techniques of the PAINTFEST 2011. Therefore when we ordered our Smirnoff cocktails, they were served up in these metal paint tins! AMAZING!

The only problem was they had ice in them and the metal became colder than holding a bowl of ice!!! The drinks were amazing! Good work Smirnoff!

All About Friday Night!

Starting to get bored of the same places we seem to go to, I suggested we try somewhere new and fresh!

Therefore my sister Abbie and I ventured to Leicester Square to Zoo. No not a Zoo as in "Lions and Tigers and Bears...Oh my!", the nightclub Zoo.

We met our lovely cousin James, who lives in London, and partied on until the night! The atmosphere was great and the drinks kept on flowing! SHOTS!!

The only disaster was getting home! There was a fatality on the Northern line and therefore we missed our last tube home!! Therefore 3 hours later, after being frozen alive by the wind, we made it home on the night bus!

Lady GaGa's beauty...

I know this is old news (well in the world of blog anyway) but true beauty never fades and so why should this...

Now most of you reading this will probably be aware I love Lady Gaga. Therefore this blog is more than appropriate for me, AND even more fitting "You and I" just came on the TV!

I shall let the photos talk for themselves,
but I have to just add, although I am sure some people will argue her shoes are absurd, which they may be, they are GAGA.

In my opinion she looks simply exquisite and classically alluring... and her sombre expression only adds to the romanticized being.

Brighton - with DJ John B

"Look After yourselves kids, Don't burn yourself in the light..."
- Kirsty Hawkshaw.

It is a very rare occasion when a friend of mine, (oh and International Superstar DJ, but who cares ey?) gets time off from work. So when he does get the chance, we have to go wild!

This particular time he'd booked into one little hotel right by the sea front over in Brighton and our plan for the night was to go to see Fabio at the club Concorde (Carbon 7th birthday) ... Little did I know the events that were yet to follow;

My first encounter was with John's make-up, FULL of Chanel... John -1 Me -O.

We headed off to two other bars before Concorde and we met the lovely Kirsty Hawkshaw.
She was previously in Opus III and is so beautiful,

The funniest moment of the night, just had to be from John B himself. Who accidentally set off the foam fire extinguisher!!!!!!! Covering himself and the floor of the bar!
Foam Party anyone?...

Group shot before Concorde...

One of the DJs - DJ Seba.

Overall the evening was just awesome, I loved meeting all of John's lovely friends and it really was a unique experience of a night out.
